About The Event
Once you've gathered nature's harvest, what comes next? This workshop will cover practical methods for cleaning, preparing, and preserving wild and locally harvested foods. Participants will learn techniques such as drying, freezing, infusions, and basic preservation methods while discussing food safety and ways to incorporate seasonal ingredients into everyday meals.
