Adol comes from and serves communities where food and culture are centred around farming and communal efforts to ensure no member goes without. Through her professional work with the City of Syracuse’s Dept. of Neighborhood and Business Development, she works with diverse populations trying to navigate the intricacies of developing their communities in the neighborhoods they live and work in. Adol has an extensive background in community building, program management, and creating training that employ a trauma informed, and culturally competent lens.
